Workshops
We’re welcoming expressions of interest from qualified workshop facilitators offering grounded, evidence-informed, or holistic practices that support women’s wellbeing. Each 45-minute session is an opportunity to educate, inspire, and guide women through modalities that honour the body, mind, and spirit. From allied health and somatic therapies to movement, menstruality, embodiment, and creative healing — we’re curating a program that reflects the depth and diversity of feminine wisdom. Healers
We’re inviting a select group of qualified healers to offer 1:1 sessions across the festival weekend in a dedicated Healing Space. Each practitioner will be allocated a 2–3 hour window to share their gifts, hold space, and offer paid sessions that support women’s physical, emotional, energetic, or spiritual wellbeing. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-vibe, heart-led experience while also earning from your practice. If your work is grounded, inclusive, and held with integrity — we’d love to hear from you.

We’re calling in vibrant, reliable souls to support the heart of the festival — our volunteer team. Volunteers receive a free festival t-shirt and a full two-day pass to the event. You’ll be rostered on a rotating schedule, with plenty of time to rest, roam, and immerse yourself in the workshops, music, and magic of the weekend. Whether you’re passionate about women’s wellness or simply want to be part of something meaningful, this is your invitation to join the village and co-create something unforgettable.

Across the weekend, we’ll explore powerful topics such as holistic approaches to wellness, reclaiming your autonomy in health care, the invisible load carried by women, and what it truly means to forge your own path in today’s world.
Expect to be part of courageous and inspiring conversations, led by wise, heart-led facilitators.
Workshops will run across both days, giving you the freedom to move intuitively and engage more deeply. Sessions include family constellation therapy, inner child healing, radical responsibility, intuitive intelligence, pelvic floor and womb health, menstruation and menopause care, and navigating grief and loss through the ages and seasons of womanhood.

While we encourage men to support women in their health and wellness journeys, the day will be held as a safe space for those with womanhood as part of their identity (cis/non binary/trans).

Yes the event is accessible for both around the property. Watercress Olive and Lime Farm itself does not have a ramp. Volunteers can assist festival goers with access or purchases where needed.

Babes in arms are welcome, however we ask that alternative arrangements are made for little ones moving around so mothers can focus on themselves. Maiden from 14 years are encouraged to attend, younger as per discretion of the parent as they encouraged to attend as a participant. Concessions price applies.

Tickets are non-refundable, however tickets can be transferred to another ticket holder. In the case of postponement due to force majeure, we will amend our refund policy.
