are you ready to be held, seen & heard?
THE VISION
What began as a deeply personal journey through womanhood and midwifery has blossomed into a collective movement.
It’s a celebration of holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centred wellness that weaves evidence-based knowledge with ancient feminine wisdom. At the heart of it all is a deep reverence for community.
Rooted in the belief that healing, transformation, and empowerment are amplified when experienced in sisterhood, our vision is to cultivate a space of connection, belonging, and self-love, a sanctuary where women of all cultures, ages, and seasons of life are welcomed exactly as they are.
This is a space to remember:
You are the ultimate authority on your body.
You are your own wisewoman.
You are already whole.
Together, we rise. Together, we return home to ourselves.

“Each time a woman
stands up for herself,
without knowing it possibly, without claiming it,
she stands up for
all women.”
Maya Angelou
The festival has grown, not just in size, but in spirit.
It’s taken on a life force of its own, guided by the collective energy, needs, and desires of the women who gather with us. In response, we’re expanding with you, creating more spaciousness, more offerings, and more time to land, integrate and truly be.
This is no longer just a festival, it’s a living, breathing movement led by community, for community.
A celebration,
for women of all ages & seasons, to take ownership of their health and wellness.

Across the weekend, we’ll explore powerful topics such as holistic approaches to wellness, reclaiming your autonomy in health care, the invisible load carried by women, and what it truly means to forge your own path in today’s world.
Expect to be part of courageous and inspiring conversations, led by wise, heart-led facilitators.
Workshops will run across both days, giving you the freedom to move intuitively and engage more deeply. Sessions include family constellation therapy, inner child healing, radical responsibility, intuitive intelligence, pelvic floor and womb health, menstruation and menopause care, and navigating grief and loss through the ages and seasons of womanhood.
